I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and I must say it exceeded my expectations. The location of this place is fantastic, as it is close to the mall and in the vibrant BATEL area. The service provided here is top-notch, from the prompt room service to the efficient dry cleaning and housekeeping. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed with a refreshing welcome drink. The room amenities were excellent, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a well-stocked mini-bar. The flat-screen TV and parquet floor added a touch of elegance to the room. The continental breakfast served in the dining restaurant was delicious, and I also enjoyed relaxing in the bar/lounge area.

This venue comes highly recommended.

Had a great new year's stay at a fairly cheap hotel close to a mall, with nice rooms that included kitchenettes and fridges/microwaves. The breakfast buffet was good and had decent choices. The gym was spacious, but equipment was a bit outdated.

The free internet was limited, and I experienced fluctuation in its use throughout my stay. The staff did not pay attention to the "Do Not Disturb" sign and my room was cleaned every time I returned.

I had an excellent stay at Bristol Brasil 500. The location was perfect with great shopping and restaurants nearby. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The breakfast buffet was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.

The breakfast was good and the staff was friendly, always willing to help. the location was also convenient as it was close to many restaurants and shops. the room had a decently equipped kitchenette, which was handy for preparing simple meals.

The bed was uncomfortable and caused me to wake up with a sore back every morning.

This hotel is perfectly situated close to some great shopping, excellent restaurants, and even a small park to jog around. It is beautifully decorated, clean, and the rooms are very spacious. the breakfast buffet is outstanding, and the attentive service is a huge plus. the king-sized beds and hot jacuzzi baths are really relaxing, and the gym is well-equipped.

The free internet is unreliable, but it's a small issue in an otherwise great stay.
